Nature of the service

Reports are independent assessments based on information publicly available at the time. Website evidence is collected automatically, then our reviewer prepares and checks one report before publication. The report is an informed view of the public website, not a guarantee, certification, or legal or technical compliance check.

Professional advice

The service does not provide legal, regulatory-compliance, security-assurance, accessibility-certification, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying recommendations before acting.

Paid report access

Paid access unlocks sections of the same stored report. An upgrade for that report credits earlier purchases and charges only the difference to the new report level. Purchases for one report do not create credit on another report.

Cancellations and refunds

Paying does not trigger new analysis or report generation. If access is not delivered as described, contact us using the address in your report email. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate refund policy, including what happens to paid report access, will be approved before live payments are enabled.
