Terms of service

Last updated: 1 August 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use GreatInternet, submit a website, create an account or buy report access. GreatInternet is a UK-based independent website-review business. Contact us at reports@greatinternet.co.uk. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

The service

Reports are independent assessments of public information available at the time. Website evidence is collected automatically. A reviewer may use an optional drafting tool, but a named adviser must check the evidence, save the human-reviewed version and accept responsibility before a customer report is published. We aim to deliver a submitted review within five working days, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. We may decline sites we cannot safely or lawfully access.

Important limits

A report is an informed view of the public website, not a guarantee, certification, or complete legal, security, accessibility, financial or regulatory compliance check. It cannot see private analytics, customer research or internal systems unless separately agreed. You are responsible for checking recommendations before acting and for decisions made using the report.

Your responsibilities

Only submit a site you own, manage or have a legitimate reason to review. Do not use the service to harass, overload, probe or unlawfully access another service. Provide accurate contact and payment information, keep private account links secure, and do not copy, resell or present a report as a certification.

Purchases and report access

Prices and included outcomes are shown before checkout. The £149 purchase unlocks the implementation programme and editable delivery materials attached to the reviewed website. The £699 Founder Strategy Review unlocks the pre-call pack and includes the founder questionnaire, a 60-minute consultation, and a post-call Founder Decision Memo and tracker prepared by the adviser. We contact you to arrange the consultation after purchase and questionnaire. Upgrades credit eligible earlier purchases for that report and charge the difference; credit does not transfer to another report. If payment confirmation or access is delayed, keep your receipt and contact us.

Cancellations and refunds

Digital report access may begin immediately after payment. The Founder Strategy Review also contains a scheduled service and post-call deliverables. Your cancellation rights may be affected once digital supply or the requested service begins with your agreement, but your statutory rights remain. Our refund policy explains when and how to ask for a refund.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every public page can be captured. Nothing excludes liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability connected with a paid report is limited to the amount paid for that report. Free-service liability is limited to £100. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or business interruption that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Privacy, changes and law

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information, including our use of cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and how to control your consent to them. We may change the service or these terms for security, legal or operational reasons; material changes apply from the published update date and not retrospectively to a completed purchase. English law governs these terms and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer right to use your local courts.
